Preventive Maintenance
Building infrastructures are inspected, serviced, repaired, and replaced as part of our maintenance program.
Our maintenance program consists of two parts: an annual subscription for routine maintenance and individual contracts for on-the-spot maintenance.
We prioritize quarterly preventative maintenance throughout the year to safeguard clients from unexpected damages caused by accidents and breakdowns, while also aiming to develop technological capabilities.
Our comprehensive preventative maintenance procedures are reinforced by the following:
- Internal training and encouragement for our young technicians to achieve formal certifications, as well as proactive nurturing of our young technicians, and
- Working freely with equipment and facilities as an independent business without being bound by the equipment and technology of a single manufacturer.
Reform and Construction
When it comes to building renewal, we both construct new facilities and renovate existing ones. Our main focus, however, is on renovation.
We make proposals in line with customer requirements, based on acquired data and the specifics of the facility, by putting to use the know-how gained via our maintenance services.
